Easy, No Hassle Return Process

At any time, contact us online or call 1-877-223-8042 to obtain a return authorization, which is required prior to returns being accepted. If you’re not completely satisfied you have 21 days from the date of shipment to return your items. We’ll provide you instructions on how to send your unused, originally packed order back. As soon as we receive and inspect the returned shipment your credit card will be refunded for the cost of the product returned including associated taxes. You are simply responsible for returning the merchandise.

**Please note that all ‘SALE’ / ‘FINAL SALE’ items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or credited. ‘Sale’ or ‘Final Sale’ items cannot be combined with any other offers. Orders containing price matched or personalized items are considered Final Sale and subject to Final Sale conditions as outlined.**

Coupon Codes / Discounts – note that all personalized glassware and product set up fees are excluded from any coupon discounts or discount offers.

Damaged Items? No Problem! In the unlikely event that an item is shipped in error or arrives to you damaged, we will re-send the correct order at no cost to you. We simply require a digital photo(s) of the damaged items within 21 days of your purchase (or incorrect items) sent to info@incasagifts.com along with your order number and we will replace your items at no charge to you. We hope you never have to return anything to us, but on the ‘off-chance’, why complicate things?

Cancelling an order in transit: Please note that we are rarely able to stop an order that has shipped and is in transit to you. If we are lucky enough to stop the order for you, please note that a 15% restocking fee for the items will be charged plus a $15.00 admin fee.

**Please note that if you qualified for free shipping on your original order and your return reduces your order amount to less than $250.00, your return will include a charge back for the current shipping fee. Please also note that shipping is a consumed service and is therefore non-refundable on orders shipped or returned. 

** Returned orders are subject to Volume Discount Adjustments. If the amount of any items returned should bring your quantities to a new price level, adjustments will be made on your return authorization.

** If returning a shipment from an international address, please note that In Casa Gifts does not cover the cost of brokerage, or other associated cross border fees. This is the responsibility of the shipper and it is recommended that you contact your Border Services Agency for information prior to shipping back items. If these fees are not prepaid the receiving warehouse will refuse the shipment and items may be deemed abandoned by the shipping company you have used and there will be no refund issued to the customer.
