Not only do we offer LOW FLAT rate shipping to the continental US and Canada*, we also offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $250 (before taxes). No matter which side of the Canada – U.S. border you live on, never worry about incurring cross-border duties or taxes with In Casa Gifts! We understand how complicated AND expensive shipping can be, especially when ordering a large volume of items, so shop easy with In Casa Gifts (and take advantage of free shipping!) . We know flexibility is important too, so if you do wish to select alternate shipping levels to expedite shipping times, prices will vary based on your selection. [*Note some locations identified as “Beyond Destination” by our courier company will be subject to surcharges. In such cases we will contact you prior to processing your order.]

In Casa Gifts will process each order within 1-3 business days, and your order usually ships within 2-5 business days (special order items may take longer, and our premium line of favours from Artisano Designs often ships faster). Once your order has been shipped, standard ground shipping takes between 6-12 business days to arrive at your door. Please note that on occasion, shipping may experience delays due to inclement weather and/or holidays.

On the rare occasion that any of your order items are unavailable, we will contact you quickly and within the order process time.

If any of the items within your order are on backorder, you will be offered the choice to have your items shipped as one shipment when they arrive back in stock, or if you prefer, you can have your items shipped separately (additional shipping charges will apply). Order tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Cancelling an order in transit: Please note that we are rarely able to stop an order that has shipped and is in transit to you. If we are lucky enough to stop the order for you, please note that a 15% restocking fee on your order total will be charged plus a $15.00 admin fee.

Coupon Codes / Discounts: Note that all personalized glassware and product set up fees are excluded from any coupon discounts or discount offers.

Where do we ship? In Canada and the continental U.S. – to any physical address (we cannot accept P.O. Box addresses) but give us a call or email for special requests – we’re here to help!
